Dear Visitor,

And so we meet- in cyberspace! Perhaps something is happening with you- perhaps your life has changed and started you on a journey seeking a spiritual home. Big changes in life have a way of doing that- death of a loved one, having a kid, experiencing abuse or violence, struggling with addiction. These are all milestone experiences that, whether you like it or not, have changed your life. So maybe it's time to come check out this congregation and see what it is all about.

Every Sunday my hope is that not only does the gathered body enjoy fellowship and friendship, but that being a part of this congregation offers a never-ending invitation to put the sacred--that which is of Ultimate worth-- back into the center of life. You may call it God, Infinite Universe, chi, Spirit of Life, Christ consciousness, the Buddha, --many articulations are welcome here. In the dominant culture fast-paced lifestyle, my experience is that it is all too easy to be distracted from that which is most important. In the midst of all of these distractions, under the surface, all around us are people suffering from oppression, loneliness, grief, and purposelessness. Maybe you count yourself among them.

Our congregation offers an invitation to a deeper engagement with Life, a more profound relationship with the holy. Join us to be in a new way:

• Orient your life around matters of ultimate importance
• Forge caring connections in a progressive religious community

• Play- have FUN!
• Explore, with your children, religious expression and ethical decision-making without indoctrination
• Activate your inner life, putting faith into social action
• Celebrate and respect the diversity of the earth and her people
• Explore a sense of place and purpose in the Universe

So, you are invited to come to our congregation and be a part of it. Your mission, should you accept it, is to take the risk of deeper engagement with Life. Be ready for this process to change you.
