Mindfulness Meditation

Make space in our busy daily routines for a time of quiet and reflection through Mindfulness Meditation...

the intentional, accepting and non-judgmental focus of one's attention on the emotions, thoughts and sensations occurring in the present moment.

The meditation group meets every Monday evening at 6:30 pm. During the pandemic, the group is meeting virtually. To add your name to our email distribution for meeting details, use our Contact Form with your contact info and mention the Mindful Meditation group.

Testimonials From Members - Why I Became A Unitarian Universalist

Peggy Eisenberg
“This is a church that is a welcoming congregation, active in social justice issues, and works to combat racism, sexism, and classism. Is it really a church? ... My husband, Steve, and I came to UUCFM a couple years ago. We have been here ever since. I realized that I was a UU without knowing it! I have finally found my spiritual home.”
